1. Agreement to Terms

By booking a free home inspection, approving a quote, or engaging Furni Shield for Home Protection Film (HPF) installation, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Service Scope & Inspection

All installations begin with a free on-site surface inspection. Our technicians evaluate the structural condition of the furniture (leather, veneer, solid wood, glass, or marble) to verify film adhesion suitability prior to application.

3. 5-Year Warranty Policy

Furni Shield provides a 5-year warranty on genuine HPF installations covering:

• Yellowing, bubbling, or premature peeling under standard residential usage.
• Optic clarity preservation and adhesive integrity.
• Warranty excludes intentional mechanical gouging, open fire exposure, or abrasive chemical cleaners outside manufacturer recommendations.

4. Appointments and Rescheduling

We accommodate flexible appointment scheduling. If you need to reschedule an inspection or installation session, please notify our customer support team at least 24 hours in advance.

5. Payment Terms

Quotes are transparent and provided upfront following inspection. We accept UPI, bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and cash upon satisfactory completion of installation.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
